Samoan language week

Samoan language week has been launched. It was launched on the 26th of May at Pt England school.

We had a blast watching preschoolers sing and dance. They sang in samoan so I didn't know what they were singing but I think it was the national anthem. we asked a question to the teacher that was teaching them. How hard was it to teach preschoolers to sing in samoan? She said it wasn’t very hard.

Next was Tamaki college samoan group. They sang clapped and danced too. They were good. They sang and danced 3 songs. Afterwards we asked them some questions. Like when did the teacher that teaches them start teaching samoan language and songs. He said roughly 15-20 years ago.
